CCS macro lens/illumination systems eliminate the need to use multiple lenses with different levels of magnification, as is necessary with conventional macro lenses. It achieves this by providing an inexpensive and easy method of changing the magnification by using different combinations of the lens sets.
The systems also allow you to construct an optimal lighting system using the lens sets in combination with the CCS HLV series of LED light sources. Instead of illuminating an unnecessarily wide area as occurs with systems using a conventional halogen light source, the illumination is concentrated onto the required field of view only, enabling efficient detail inspection and imaging of the object.
Based on technology accumulated in developing LED lights for machine vision, these lenses and optical systems provide you with the best possible lighting systems.
