Controllers |
|
|
Gardasoft lighting controllers are designed to give complete
programmable control over most types of LED lighting,
allowing a vast range of dynamic lighting conditions to
be set-up and stored. They have a large number of potential
applications and because they can be controlled in real
time, one single lighting installation can be programmed
to light a range of different scenarios at once, potentially
saving the cost of having to use several seperate lighting
rigs. |

PP600 Series F Fast Swotching Version.
The new F version limits some of the maximum timing ranges in
return for a far faster switching time. The F version is aimed
at applications with very fast moving parts or where lighting
switch times can effect the inspection results. |
The
PP600 series IO controllers provide repeatable intensity control
of LED lighting for machine vision applications. It includes
the power supply, intensity control, timing and triggering functions
required for machine vision systems. For illumination systems
that use the new generation of high intensity LEDs, consider
using one of the PP800 series lighting controllers listed below.

PP-100
series
|
Eight constant current outputs
8 opto-isolated (5 - 24V) digital inputs
4 changeover relay contact outputs
Total output 1A constant or 3A pulsed at 12 to 18V
Output per channel up to 500mA constant or 1A pulsed
in 0.25mA steps
Supply 24 volt DC unregulated
Supply current max 200mA plus LED requirements
DIN rail mounting
150mm long by 104mm wide by 45mm high
|
|
The
PP100 includes all the power supply, intensity control, timing
and triggering functions required for machine vision systems.
It can be configured to provide constant or pulsed output, with
control over the delay, intensity and duration. Configuration
is very generalised to allow a vast range of real time operations
to be set up to run off digital input triggers.

Description
|
|
PP-810
|
4 independatnt constant current output
channels
From 0.1A - 30A in steps of 0.1A
Up to 4A per ch cont, or up to 10A pulsed
4 Digital inputs, opto-isolated otion, TTL or RS422
15A per µsec per channel
From 1 microsecond - 10 milliseconds in steps of 100
nanoseconds
Output voltage 0 - 40V
|
|
|
The 800 series is intended for use with the next generation
of high intensity, 'LumiLED' based illuminators, that are available
from a range of manufactureres such as the NER
LALL series of lights. |
|
The PP800 is verysimilar to the PP600 series, but is designed
to handle the new generation of high intensity LEDs, LumiLeds.
It includes the same, intensity control, timing and triggering
functions as the 600 series, and can be configured to provide
constant or pulsed output, with control over the delay, intensity
and duration. Configuration is very generalised to allow a very
large range of real time operations to be set up to run off
digital input triggers.

Mains or DC power supply
Safe-Sense Technology (Patent Pending)
Continuous Fault Detection (Patent Pending)
Display-and-Buttons Interface
|
| The PP900 provides automatic,
fool-proof operation with CCS lights, providing plug and
play operation. (The trademark CCS belongs
to CCS Inc, Japan). On connection, the PP900 will automatically
sense the voltage and current rating of the light. This
works for all 12V, 24V and HLV lights. |
|
The
PP900 is a single output constant current supply providing very
stable continuous or pulsed output for LED lighting used in
machine vision. It includes Gardasoft Visions very popular
Display-and-Buttons interface which allows the unit
to be configured in seconds.

The
PP721 PC Drive Bay Mounting Kit allows the PP600 range to be
mounted in a standard 5.25" drive bay. This is particularly
useful where space is at a premium, or where there is no separate
electrical cabinet to hand. The PP600 is mounted in a sliding
tray for easy maintenance and access to the unit controls. The
package includes the 5.25" mounting frame, sliding tray
and all fixing screws.

The
PP711 is a heatsink kit for the PP600, and provides a dual,
low voltage fan-cooled heatsink, complete wit mounting screws
for the PP600 and tinned flying leads for the power supply.
Full instructions are also provided. The PP711 allows the PP600
series to generate high output currents, with the ability to
dissipate up to 30W of heat compared to 10W as standard.
