NER LALL Large Area Illuminator

| The
NER LAL, Large Area Lights produce a very high output beam,
using ultra high intensity LED units in either a line or array
format. There are a range of applications where the required
field of view for the illumination is very large and traditional
machine vision LED lighting simply does not have the 'horse-power'
to cope. These applications include, high-speed linescan applications,
food processing and packaging, automotive assembly, warehousing,
distribution centres and freight carriers. In all these areas,
a high intensity light is required to illuminate a large area
where the focus of the vision processing is not in a predictable
location each time, or where an extremely bright beam is required.s. |

NERLITE LALL series offers the performance, features and options

Current-driven LED light sources for stable output and long
life
Very high light intensity to illuminate large areas at extended
distances for robot guidance, packaging and sorting applications
Gasket-sealed aluminum housings are designed to comply with
NEMA 4X and IP-64 ratings for use in wet or dusty areas
Low power consumption, low maintenance, quiet and reliable,
thanks to LED-based, passively cooled (no fans) design
Torqued and thread-locked fasteners for assembly integrity
Available in red or white wavelength standard models. Amber,
green, cyan, blue and royal blue (LALL-47x47 only) wavelengths
available on request |
