Large Format Lensing Options

Large Format lenses are often used on cameras with large sensors such as linescan cameras. The two most common standards of mount are F-Mount and 42mm-Mount although some very large sensors require even larger mounting systems such as 72mm or V-mount. With more glass, large format lenses suffer less from vignetting but are larger and more costly. Large format optics are sometimes used for precision applications on C-mount cameras fitted with adapters.
