Lens Filters & Accessories Controlling the light that enters the sensor via the lens is very imortant, and can reduce the amount and complexity of the analysis. Many applications can benefit by the correctt use of filters, either in front of the lens or on the front of the illumination, to either enhance the illumination or reduce the effects of ambient illumination. There are many different types of filters available, and Firstsight Vision can supply a range of standard filters as well as offering a custom filter supply service for non standard applications.
