As part of a family of IPD Vision Appliance products, i-Gauge is a pre-packaged solution designed to simplify the deployment of machine vision in industrial gauging applications. Just like any home appliance that is designed to perform a specific function, the IPD i-Gauge uses a similar design approach. The iGauge is a powerful, but simple-to-use automation inspection appliance for performing optical gauging in a production or manufacturing environment. It is the ideal solution for applications that require precise measurements including points, lines, arcs, holes, ellipses and repeat patterns.

One of the most important differentiating features of iGauge and all of our Vision Appliance products is the intuitive, user-
friendly interface. Using a standard web browser, iGauge enables you to quickly initiate and create custom measurement applications. The graphical interface provides a step-by- step process to guide you through the set up and on-going
management of gauging operations.

One of the central benefits of the i-Gauge is the fact that it can be deployed without the need for extensive training and the associated costs of a specialized integrator. Because a gauging application can be installed in a matter of hours rather than days or weeks, the benefits of improved quality in your production environment can begin almost at once.
