When you need to detect
fine differences in colour, DVTs new Legend 542C and 544C
SmartImage Sensors are low-cost vision solutions that deliver
flexibility, power and colour inspection to the factory floor.
The Legend standard resolution 542C (640 x 480) and high resolution
544C (1280 x 1024) SmartImage Sensors are compact, do not
require the use of a PC on the factory floor and integrate
easily onto existing networks . at a fraction of the cost
of traditional colour vision systems! DVTs 542C and 544C Color
SmartImage Sensors are useful for inspecting and verifying:
. Placement and sorting of colour-coded parts
. Printed color characters and images on packages
. Varying degrees of color and defects in meats, vegetables
and other food products
. Color sequences of parts such as wires and components on
circuit boards
. Registration errors, color consistency and variation in
the printing industry
The 542C and 544C can handle all major colour modes and spaces
found in the factory environment including RGB, Optical Density
(CMY), CIE LAB .E, and CIE LCH .Ecmc. As the price/performance
leader in the vision industry, DVTs Windows based FrameWork
software, upgrades and licenses are free to all users.
